RN - Home Care - Full Time, M-F
QUALIFICATIONS: RN needed for hospice and palliative care in the home setting. Candidate must exhibit excellent communication skills with patients and families and must be able to work efficiently and complete documentation accurately in the Allscripts computer system. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have a current RN license to practice in the state of Indiana. Applicant must have ability to recognize needs and emergencies of hospice patients and families and provide appropriate interventions, be CPR certified, possess a valid Indiana driver's license and current automobile insurance and a commitment to superior customer service. RN - Admissions / PRN
QUALIFICATIONS: RN PRN needed for Admissions Department. Candidate must exhibit excellent communication skills with patients and families, physicians and other members of the health care community and must be able to work efficiently and complete documentation accurately in the Allscripts computer system. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have a current RN license to practice in the state of Indiana. Applicant must have 1-2 years recent clinical experience, preferably in hospice or home care, be CPR certified, possess a valid Indiana driver's license and current automobile insurance and a commitment to superior customer service. RN - Hospice Home / PRN
QUALIFICATIONS: RN PRN needed for Hospice Home, 14-bed inpatient unit. Candidate must exhibit excellent communication skills with patients and families and must be able to work efficiently and complete documentation accurately in the Allscripts computer system. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have a current RN license to practice in the state of Indiana. Applicant must have ability to recognize needs and emergencies of hospice patients and families and provide appropriate interventions, be CPR certified, possess a valid Indiana driver's license and current automobile insurance and a commitment to superior customer service. RN / LPN's – Continuous Care
QUALIFICATIONS: Staffing needed for home hospice care. Candidate must exhibit excellent communication skills with patients and families and must be able to work efficiently and complete documentation accurately in the Allscripts computer system. Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and have a current RN or LPN license to practice in the state of Indiana. Applicant must have ability to recognize needs and emergencies of hospice patients and provide appropriate interventions, be CPR certified, possess a valid Indiana driver’s license and current automobile insurance and a commitment to superior customer service.
